Terms & Conditions: Frost & Feast – Darlings Dome Dining
Overview
Darling Quarter proudly presents the exclusive Frost & Feast: Darlings Dome Dining, the first of its kind in Darling Quarter. Enjoy an unparalleled culinary experience with a choice of 3 bespoke curated 3-course menus in an intimate ambiance.
Booking & Capacity
- Each 90 min session is exclusive to one group
- Maximum capacity: 8 guests; Minimum booking requirement: 4 guests
- For groups smaller than 4 people, the 4-person minimum booking fee still applies
Fees & Payment
- $30 per adult booking fee required at time of booking
- $15 per child booking fee require at time of booking
- 3-course set menu priced at $69 per person
- High Tea set menu priced at $30 per person(select weekend sessions)
- Children’s set menu priced at $20 per person
- Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to booking
- Full payment for menu selections due on the day of dining
Menu Options
- Diners will have the choice of 3 curated 3-course set menus from the following Darling Quarter restaurants:
- Braza Churrascaria
- Dopa By Devon
- Ichoume
- The High Tea set menu, available at 12pm & 2:30pm on weekends only will be provided by Kurtosh
- Customers may dine at any of the participating retailers
- The same menu does not have to be selected for all parties in a dome
- Please note: when ordering from different retailers, each restaurant operates at a different pace and your meals may not arrive at the same time.
- Each guest must select one restaurant’s complete 3-course set meal or High Tea set menu (mixing and matching between restaurants is not permitted)
- All menu options and dietary requirements must be confirmed when ordering.
Food & Beverages
- The 3-course banquet menu or High teas set menu is mandatory for the Dining Dome experience
- Booking fee includes one welcome beverage per guest from curated selection
- Additional beverages available for purchase
- No BYO food or drinks permitted (bag checks may be conducted)
- Cake exception: Outside cakes allowed, but Darling Quarter assumes no liability for any related food safety issues
- Please review menus for dietary requirements and restrictions in advance
- Please Note: An email will be sent out 72 hours prior to your booking to pre-order your meals. It is highly recommended that all meals be ordered and paid within 24 hours of booking.
Time Management
- Sessions strictly limited to 90 mins
- Late departure may incur a penalty fee
- Prompt arrival recommended; significant lateness may impact your allocated time
Weather Policy
- The Dining Dome is weather-proof for standard wind and rain conditions
- For extreme weather conditions, management will contact you to discuss rescheduling options
Venue Rules & Requirements
- Smart casual dress code enforced
- External decorations and confetti prohibited
- No external entertainment or DJs permitted
- No smoking or vaping inside the Dining Dome
- All guests must comply with Darling Quarter’s RSA Standards and Code of Conduct
- Non-compliance may result in immediate removal without refund
- Pets are permitted within the Dining Dome provided they remain on a leash at all times and stay with their owner. Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome as required by law. Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior and any damage caused to the facilities. • All guests must comply with Darling Quarter’s RSA Standards and Code of Conduct • Non-compliance may result in immediate removal without refund
Access & Security
- Staff will require regular access to the Dome
- Dome door remains unlocked throughout your session
- Entry to the Dome must be permitted to staff at all times
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to booking
- Cancellations within 7 days of booking: full deposit forfeit
- No-shows: full deposit forfeit plus potential additional charges
Liability
- Darling Quarter is not responsible for personal belongings
- Guests responsible for any damages to Dome facilities or equipment
- By confirming your booking, you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above
