What is Frost & Feast?
Frost & Feast is Sydney’s most atmospheric winter dining experience featuring private dining domes at Darling Quarter’s Village Green, offering specially curated menus from popular local eateries.
When does Frost & Feast run?
The event runs from August 16-31, operating Thursday through Sunday.

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via https://frostandfeast.com.au/ starting July 21 at 12PM
What is the booking fee?
There’s a $30 per person booking fee for adults, which includes a welcome drink from the pop-up Frost Bar. Children under 12 have a $15 booking fee which includes soft drink or juice. The booking fee is required to secure your dome booking.
Is there a cancellation Policy?
Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to booking. Cancellations within 7 days of booking: full deposit forfeit. No-shows: full deposit forfeit plus potential additional charges.
How many people can dine in a dome?
Each dome accommodates 4-8 guests. A minimum of 4 people is required to book a dome.
How long is my booking for?
Bookings are strictly limited to 90 mins. Late departure may incur a penalty fee.
What sessions are available?
Sessions are available on Thursday & Friday at 5:00pm & 7:30pm and on Saturday & Sunday at 12:00pm, 2:30pm, 5:00pm & 7:30pm.
Which restaurants are participating? How much is the dining experience?
You can choose from Braza Churrascaria, Ichoume, or Dopa by Devon for the three-course set menu, or Kurtosh for High Tea. The three-course set menu is $69 per person. High Tea from Kurtosh is available at $30 per person during select weekend sessions.
Are children allowed to dine at Frost & Feast?
Yes, children under 18 are allowed but must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Is there a Children's menu?
Yes, Braza Churrascaria, Ichoume, and Dopa by Devon offer children’s menus priced at $20 per child. Children’s menu is available for kids under 12 only.
How do we order our food?
An email will be sent out 72 hours prior to your booking to pre-order your meals. It is highly recommended that all meals be ordered and paid within 24 hours of booking. Where pre-order has not been completed before day of booking, you can order via a QR code from the comfort of your dome.
Do your menus cater for dietary requirements?

What happens in wet weather?
The Dining Dome is weather-proof for standard wind and rain conditions. For extreme weather conditions, management will contact you to discuss rescheduling options.
Can I BYO Food or Drinks?
No BYO food or drinks permitted (bag checks may be conducted). There is however an exception for cakes (see below).
We are celebrating, can I bring a cake or decorations?
Outside cakes are allowed, but Darling Quarter assumes no liability for any related food safety issues. External decorations and confetti are prohibited.
Is this event pet friendly?
Yes, Frost & Feast welcomes pets with certain guidelines. Service animals and emotional support animals are permitted as required by law. Non-service pets are also welcome but must always remain on a leash and stay with their owner within the dome. We ask that pet owners be considerate of other guests and ensure their pets are well-behaved. Please note that pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the dining domes or facilities. For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted to eat from serving dishes intended for human guests.
